Core Equipment Installation & Precision Positioning

We have formed a professional installation team including equipment, electrical, and mechanical engineers to perform precision installation of core generation equipment, electrical systems, control systems, and auxiliary equipment. Prior to installation, we complete incoming inspection, commissioning, and protection of equipment. Using precision instruments, we carry out foundation layout and accurate positioning based on installation drawings and technical specifications, ensuring key parameters such as levelness, verticality, and coaxiality meet design standards. For large or precision equipment (e.g., gas turbines, hydrogen fuel cell stacks, heat collection systems), we use specialized hoisting tools and techniques, strictly following the installation manual for assembly, fixing, and wiring to prevent performance or stability issues caused by installation errors. After installation, we conduct single-equipment preliminary commissioning to confirm all performance indicators are normal.

System Pipeline Laying & Integrated Installation

We carry out standardized installation of process pipelines, electrical conduits, water supply & drainage, and fire protection systems. Based on design drawings and medium requirements, we select appropriate materials and fittings, using professional welding and connection techniques to ensure tightness, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Sectional pressure testing, purging, and leak detection are conducted to eliminate impurities and hidden risks. We complete system interconnections between generation equipment, electrical systems, controls, and auxiliary systems, ensuring proper identification, fixation, and protection.
