We provide an integrated hydrogen power generation solution combining on-site hydrogen production with high-efficiency clean power generation. The system supports three hydrogen production routes: natural gas catalytic cracking, methanol reforming, and water electrolysis (PEM/Alkaline), powered by Hyvoda’s professional hydrogen generators. High-purity hydrogen is produced on demand to drive fuel cells or hydrogen internal combustion engines for stable electricity generation. The solution enables combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP), peak shaving, backup power, and long-duration energy storage. With low emissions, high efficiency, high reliability, and intelligent control, it is widely used in industrial parks, data centers, commercial buildings, renewable energy storage, and industrial energy supply.

System Architecture
Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Production System Works

Our methanol‑to‑hydrogen system starts with methanol and deionized water as feedstocks. The methanol is stored in a dedicated methanol storage tank, while a pure water station supplies high‑purity water. Both streams are precisely metered and mixed in a mixing system before entering the reformer unit. Inside the reformer, the methanol/water mixture undergoes catalytic reforming, producing hydrogen‑rich synthesis gas.

The raw gas is then purified to achieve high‑purity hydrogen. The purified hydrogen is buffered in a hydrogen buffer tank to ensure stable pressure and flow, then compressed by a hydrogen compressor to the required delivery pressure.

The compressed hydrogen can be directly fed into a fuel cell system for on‑site power generation, or delivered to energy storage units, connected to the grid, or supplied directly to end‑user applications. This integrated architecture ensures efficient, reliable, and low‑cost conversion from methanol to hydrogen energy.
