The Project Planning & Feasibility Study service of Hyvoda New Energy is the starting point and core pre-link of energy EPC projects. Relying on global engineering experience, a professional survey team and a precise data analysis system, we provide customers with a full-dimensional research from site resource assessment to investment decision demonstration. Abandoning single-dimensional technical analysis, we start from the project’s full life cycle, combine local policies, energy market demand, grid connection conditions, environmental carrying capacity and economic benefit expectations to form a multi-dimensional, implementable and highly referenceable feasibility study report. It provides a scientific and authoritative basis for customers’ project approval, investment decision-making and policy declaration, avoids potential project risks from the source, and ensures the project has long-term sustainability and commercial value.
We set up a professional team consisting of geological engineers, energy planners and on-site survey specialists to conduct full-dimensional on-site surveys in the project’s location and accurately collect basic data such as site topography, geological structure, hydrological conditions and climatic characteristics. Combined with the project type (PV/CSP/natural gas/hydrogen energy), we complete exclusive resource assessment, such as the measurement of solar radiation for PV projects, the verification of gas source transmission conditions for natural gas projects, and the analysis of storage and transportation supporting facilities for hydrogen energy projects. At the same time, we systematically sort out the core conditions such as transportation and logistics, grid connection points, municipal supporting facilities and land nature around the site, form a detailed site analysis report, and clarify the applicable conditions and optimization directions of the project site.
Based on site analysis results and customer requirements (capacity, power supply target, construction period), our technical team conducts multi-scheme route demonstration. We design 2-3 differentiated technical solutions for key links such as process flow, equipment configuration, system layout, and construction technology, then perform comprehensive comparison and quantitative analysis from dimensions including technical maturity, construction difficulty, O&M convenience, industry trends, and local adaptability. Combined with the customer’s investment budget and return expectations, we optimize core parameters to determine the optimal technical route—advanced, economical, and highly implementable—providing clear technical guidance for subsequent engineering design.
We build a professional project economic calculation model, and combine core data such as project construction cost, equipment procurement cost, construction cost, operation and maintenance cost, electricity price policy and energy sales expectation to complete the accurate calculation of key economic indicators such as project static payback period, dynamic payback period, internal rate of return and net present value. At the same time, we carry out full-dimensional project risk assessment, identify potential risk points such as policy risk, market risk, technical risk, construction risk and environmental risk, conduct quantitative analysis on the occurrence probability and impact degree of each risk point, and formulate targeted risk avoidance measures and emergency plans. Finally, we integrate all the contents of site analysis, technical demonstration, economic calculation and risk assessment to form a formal feasibility study report in line with industry standards and policy requirements, with detailed data analysis tables, scheme comparison charts and risk assessment matrix attached.
Based on your project location and requirements, we provide full-dimensional site analysis, technical demonstration and economic calculation to lay a solid foundation for project approval
